Positioning Technology builds the marketing leading GNSS Simulators. Historically the simulators are hardware based but going forward a greater use of virtualization of the software and hardware has been identified as a customer need/gap to allow testing of GNSS from algorithm development through to hardware implementation. The goal of virtualization is to allow a customer to run their own software integrated with a GNSS simulator that outputs a digital stream of IQ data for the customer's software to consume and use to estimate position, velocity, and time.

This intern position will be specifically to aid, as part of a team, in moving PT towards this goal through containerization, API generation, testing, and integration of components including potential for re-use from the Indigo framework.
