Intern - Software Engineering (Job Number: 2301975 )

Summary:

Penske is seeking an Intern to join our team. This person will be a full-time college student and will assist with the MIS (software development team) Department. This opportunity will be for approximately 32 weeks. Successful candidates will enjoy working with knowledgeable professionals in a great work environment. In addition to responsibility for various assignments and projects within the Department, all Interns will participate in Penske's Cooperative Internship Program.

Qualifications:

• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required

• Student should be entering Junior or Senior year

• Completion of some core Management Information Systems curriculum classes is preferred.

• Needs to have very good organization and communication skills

• Should have a competency in Microsoft Office

• Willingness and drive to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate leadership

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
