The Hamilton Law Firm is looking for the face of the Firm; an empathetic, friendly and professional individual to interview and screen potential clients, gather information, schedule and confirm meetings as well as various other administrative tasks. You will be the first contact that anyone has with the Firm. The right candidate will be personable, efficient, organized, with a comforting demeanor, sharp listening skills and an ability to learn new software programs quickly. The position will also involve case management and legal assistant responsibilities as directed by the principal. The position requires a flexible 20 hours per week at $16-20 per hour at the office location in Princeton, New Jersey.
