Cole Harrison Insurance Agency is seeking two new team members, one Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager and one Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our Kennebunk or Kittery, ME offices. We are a full-service, family-owned, and operated independent insurance agency that has been serving Maine and NH since 1882.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Maine Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred, must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness and desire to grow with the agency
• Familiarity with paperless office concepts, document scanning, email, etc.
• A positive and professional attitude

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Responsible for new and renewal personal insurance servicing
• Quoting & account service
• Application preparation and follow-up with clients
• Producer support, including creating and maintaining client files, client data, and other clerical duties as assigned
• An excellent phone presence and willingness to work as part of a team are critical to the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
