Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers, ascertaining their wants and needs
• Answering questions regarding technology products and wireless services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products, and team goals

Essential Skills & Qualities Needed:

• 1-2 years of work experience in industries such as sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or any other applicable client-facing enterprise
• Uncanny ability to build relationships with a multitude of people
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Able to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $589.00 - $1,357.00 per week
