Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Hours / days may occasionally vary based on business needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape development plans and initiatives.

• Align recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Offer comprehensive HR support by connecting business leaders with subject matter experts (compensation, talent, benefits, analytics, etc.).

• Champion a progressive discipline model, offering strategies for delivering effective feedback.

• Field and navigate escalated employee relations issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• Prior HR experience, including talent management and talent acquisition.

• Understanding of the legal environment (employment and labor law).

• Comfortable speaking in front of others, facilitation, and having challenging conversations.

• Workday HRIS experience a plus.

• Ability to be productive independently with limited supervision.
