HR Generalist

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

· Assist in all normal HR functions of the company and its entities

· Responsible for (but not limited to) Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Benefits administration and maintain HR Databases, deadlines and upholding all policies and procedures

· Assist the managers and other employees in performance, disciplinary scenarios, and training opportunities.

HR Generalist Requirements:

· You must have a minimum of 3 years recent and related HR work experience

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred or the equivalent coursework and work experience

· Experience working in a manufacturing and office environments

· Proven skills with Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems

· Must be able to proactively find solutions and uphold the highest level of integrity

· Keep confidentially throughout their role with the organization

· Candidate for this role must be bilingual.

Pay: $45,058.23 - $60,000.00 per year
