• Assist with recruiting efforts
• Work with area schools, universities and programs to further recruiting efforts
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
• Process background checks
• Assist with new hire on-boarding process
• Administer FMLA
• Assist with benefits enrollment
• Coordinate employee engagement company wide
• Handle inquiries from employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Work side by side with the Human Resources Director to complete ongoing projects and special assignments

Job Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• 2 years of HR experience or a combination of experience and education

Other Qualifications:

• Multi-tasking and time management skills necessary
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task duties and projects in fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
