Job Summary:

At Shine Facility Services, we thrive when our people thrive. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in the onboarding & off boarding process at Shine Facility Services. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for being the first point of contact for our employees and given them a positive experience when they come on board with Shine. You will be supporting our onsite teams with administrative tasks from everything to submitting payroll, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and assisting in recruiting for potential employees. This position reports into the Vice President and will be hybrid with 2/3 days in the office (especially on payroll/pay day). Parking is provided when onsite.

Responsibilities:

· Hiring/Onboarding process (includes all appropriate people training)

· Off boarding/termination process

· Submitting payroll

· Employee benefit administration

· Paylocity Maintenance/Employee Profile Maintenance

· Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and electronic filing (recording vacation and sick time)

· Setting up interviews, and participating with initial screenings

· Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

· 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Administrative experience

· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Basic Spanish communication is a must

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn new systems and processes

· Paylocity experience is preferred, but not required

· Organized and detailed oriented

· Experience in submitting payroll and benefit administration

· Strong experience in onboarding

· Hands on training experience

· Effective written and verbal communications

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR work and information

· Ability to make sounds decisions, shift priorities, and effectively problem-solve

· Must be able to work independently, and also be a team player

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
