KHR Solutions is looking for a consultant to join our team supporting clients in several states through technology and the surrounding area in person.

Essential qualities for consideration:

• Excellent capabilities using technology on multiple platforms.
• Positive, service-minded demeanor.
• Ability to master multiple online systems for filing and data preservation as well as supporting the ever-so-prevalent missed punch.
• Outstanding ability to determine through triage what is truly needed for a caller's support and either answer or route to the proper team member for completion with full details of what is needed to complete the action with ONE TOUCH.
• Ability to take standard HR project on and execute to completion.
• Ability to review candidates for open job positions and offer guidance and feedback to hiring managers for placement support.
• Absolute command of Microsoft office suite to stress Word, Excel and email capabilities. Teams exposure a plus and presentation skills would be appreciated.
• Full understanding of HR best practices andstandards.
• A deep interest and dedication to serving others. Your clients are the leaders at the client sites, their employees, and the team that is KHR Solutions.
