Rader Farms currently has an opening at their Lynden Farm location for a part time bilingual Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of our Farm division HR department.

Required skills/abilities include being bilingual in both English and Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with professional demeanor and conduct at all times. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Rader Farms HR payroll systems. Prior related office experience preferred.
