Prestigious company located in Milford, PA is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Assistant. Responsibilities for this Human Resources Assistant job include:

Hours: M-F / 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (needs some flexibility)

• Reviewing and updating NOVAtime system for missing information such as missed punches, notes, etc.
• Review line sheet information and agency timecards
• Weekly agency payroll and timecard review
• Weekly agency audit reports
• Email rate changes to agency once position transfer training is completed – confirm agency makes the change
• Update and maintain agency rate changes book
• Assist with investigation of complaints and maintain complaint log
• Assist with camera footage review for reported incidents/accidents/complaint Update and maintain incident/accident log
• Sort and distribute biweekly paychecks
• Back up for Accounting in reviewing and approving temporary agency invoices for payment (includes departmental breakdown of all invoices) – will regularly process 1-2 per week
• Back up for Accounting in entering temporary agency invoices into system once reviewed and approved
• Back up for Accounting in reviewing to maintain current Agency COI insurance copies on file (includes email requests to agencies with upcoming COI expiration)
• Assist with the administration of benefit information to employees and collection of completed benefits packets.
• Assist Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist where needed (i.e., filing, translation, etc.)
• Implementing and adhering to policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Three (3) years’ experience in the HR field, Accounting or Administrative field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills.
• Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential. Required Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
