Principal Responsibilities
Represents the Company in a professional manner following the Company’s standard policies and procedures. Reflect our vision, mission and core values throughout our business.
Knowledgeable about the employee handbook; communicates changes in policies and procedures while ensuring proper compliance by assisting employees at all levels with questions/policy application.
Counsels management team on appropriate steps to be taken regarding performance concerns and the corrective action process inclusive of potential terminations.
Conducts and/or supports investigations into complaints brought forth directly or anonymously through internal channels.
Assist with the processing of new hire I9s and may assist with auditing process.
Support operations by counseling, assisting, and answering questions from employees, managers, and former employees regarding general benefit and payroll related matters.
Collaborates with Corporate Benefits and LOA administrators to assist in the monitoring and adherence of LOA claims and assists with communication and appropriate follow up by acting as a liaison between parties.
Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
