POSITION DETAILS
Working side by side with the Director of HR, this individual will be involved with all aspects of HR, from full cycle recruiting, onboarding, to training and benefit coordination and communication. Successful candidate must have sourcing and candidate management experience. Must have ability and desire to network, leverage social media, and develop relationships with community organizations and programs to attract active and passive talent. This individual will also be assisting in day-to-day HR functions as well as supporting company-wide initiatives and projects such as new HRIS/Payroll selection and implementation.

• Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent training and work experience
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting or similar industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and social media required.
• Applicant Tracking System/HRIS experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask while producing results with accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have creative thinking and research abilities.
• Must be proactive, flexible, reliable, professional, and have a great a sense of humor!

Pay: $48,256.80 - $60,000.00 per year
