Looking for an HR Admin to assist. This will be a long-term contract role:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support plant population of 500-700 employees
  • Upkeep personnel files, daily filing, HR department forms, payroll filing, training files
  • I-9 Administration and compliance
  • FMLA, work schedules, transfers, promotions, and benefits
  • Building Key Access administration and auditing
  • Support Employee Relations calendar events
  • Work a schedule that allows for night shift overlap.
  • Other jobs as needed
Must Have:
  • BA/BS degree preferred in HR or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a Human Resource position
