We are searching for and outgoing hotel front desk/guest service agent that is outgoing and has a passion for providing great customer service! If you love quaint mountain towns, hot springs and small, full service hotels, this could be a great fit! Our hotel offers 18 guest rooms with guest hot mineral springs/massage therapy and a fabulous restaurant & lounge which is open nightly.

Ideal candidate will have excellent computer and phone skills with premier sales & customer service skills to provide an excellent guest experience in the hotel, spa and restaurant.

Position is four regular shifts a week with flexibility to cover other shifts if needed. Candidate must live within 30 miles of Lava Hot Springs or willing to relocate. Must be able to use stairs and lift 40 lbs.

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train a person with longevity in their job history. Competitive hourly wage plus bonus program on guest room, spa and restaurant sales.

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
