We need Servers and Bartenders at El Chupacabra Alki (2620 Alki ave sw)

REQUIREMENTS:

1 year plus experience as a server. Bonus if you have bartending experience and would be willing to cover bar shifts!

Have good people skills, a positive work attitude, and be able to consistently provide a positive customer experience.

You should also be able to follow instructions, multi-task, problem solve and keep your cool in a fast-paced environment.

Be reliable to show up to all shifts on time.

Keep in mind it gets very busy! Applicants must be physically able to work a 6-8 hour day on your feet.

SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our goal is to provide great customer service and dining experience with your help. Duties during a shift include taking food and drink orders, using our point of sales system to enter orders (dinnerware), delivering items in a timely manner, bagging and labeling to-go items, seating people from the waitlist, refilling waters, checking back with guests during their visit, managing credit card transactions and cash, bussing tables, assisting co-workers, setting up and taking down service areas, follow all Covid protocols and safety measures to ensure a safe environment, and performing daily side work.

Pay is minimum wage plus tips and at this time we are tip pooling. You also get discounts and shift meal/drink
