As a Multimedia Services Specialist in the Organizational Transformation practice of Deloitte's USDC Human Capital group, you will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Align with our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment and Excellence)

• Help digitally-enable training and communications assets supporting a diverse workload including but not limited to: graphic design, logo creation and branding, infographics, animated videos, video editing, training/learning materials design, and PowerPoint templates.
• Visually enhance existing materials as well as design new assets.
• Project work will include solo and collaborative efforts within an organization that values quality work, effective communication, creative problem-solving and professional growth.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and implement design direction
• Collaborate with project teams and clients with minimal oversight
• Utilize creative problem-solving, self-confidence, and flexibility to execute project work efficiently and effectively in a wide range of project contexts
• Execute ideas and concepts independently and within project deadlines
• Execute on feedback from leaders on creative direction
• Support practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, etc.

The Team

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study (graphic design, digital communications, video production, motion design/animation, marketing) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with graphic design for business
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

• Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)

Preferred:

• Master's degree in related field of study (graphic design, digital communications, video production, motion design/animation, marketing) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with graphic design for business
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects a plus
• Photography/videography and video editing knowledge a plus
• Experience with sound recording and editing tools such as Audacity or Adobe Audition a plus
• Project Management support and Work Plan development experience
• Ability and willingness to acquire U.S. Security Clearance
