This position must be able to understand the marketing needs and translate them into a creative concept. This position will also assist in planning and coordinating marketing activities and will develop customer-related materials. He or she should have strong business knowledge, customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation capabilities. In addition, this position will be responsible for the design through production of marketing materials, branding campaigns, websites, and related projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• A strong portfolio showing design sensibility, composition, and typographic skills required Experience developing digital and social assets (including but not limited to slide decks, 1-pagers, tradeshow graphics, mailers, brand fonts and colors, logos, and icons, etc.) required
• Able to create independently and take direction from others to execute projects
• Execute designs based on style guidelines or conceptual direction
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve problems
• Detail-oriented and highly organized lending to productive collaboration and a consistent streamline of graphic design content, archiving, and naming conventions required
• Strong collaboration skills in order be a contributing member of the team
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (with a specific focus on Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma or similar tools required
• Video animation skills and experience with video editing software a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot Email templates preferred

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ of years Graphic Design experience preferable
• Experience working with marketing to pharmacies, hospitals, and/ or in the healthcare industry is a plus!
