Responsibilities:

    • Work within the Adobe Creative Suite of tools to create and update marketing collateral supporting Lansing branches and internal Home Office departments.
    • Under supervision of the marketing director, assist marketing’s functional teams (e-commerce, campaigns, customer programs, customer marketing, brand) to produce a variety of content, including but not limited to: email, blog posts, social media, print materials, signage, etc.
    • Project manage the flow of work requests, assigning between outsourced resources and your own schedule, to ensure projects are completed on time.
    • Manage literature updates for Lansing Company Store, as well as asset management system.
    • Provide support in shipping collateral to branches, as needed.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and billing for outsourced support and execution of marketing deliverables.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, or related area of study preferred.
    • A strong combination of experience designing for print, online, social, and email marketing (2-3+ years professional experience).
    • Experience with HTML, video, and animation is a plus.
    • Must possess excellent grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Ability to research, conceptualize, illustrate, and create great content/designs under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs.
    • The ability to work with printers and an understanding of the printing process.
    • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to successfully execute projects on tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Works effectively across functions with minimal direction (self-discipline, self-starter).
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Embrace working in person in a team environment and contributing to the positive, values-driven culture of Lansing’s Home Office.
