General Manager – Maharishi University - Fairfield

Aramark has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to oversee our custodial, groundskeeping, and maintenance services at Maharishi International University. The team consists of 30-32 employees primarily on 1st shift, servicing 60 buildings on campus.

• Lead, train and develop team at all levels
• Quality control and adherence to Aramark protocols
• Meet/exceed KPI and ASE requirements
• P & L accountability
• Project management experience preferred.
• Vendor and asset management
• Commitment to safety excellence
• Maintenance: HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• 3-5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance including experience overseeing a skilled trades team
• Groundskeeping includes snow removal.
• Build effective client relationships utilizing multi-level communication strategies
• Provide visibility in the workspaces
