POSITION TITLE: General Manager
POSITION LEVEL: Supervisor (24 People on Staff)
WAGE: $65,000 per year + Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, & Ski Pass
WORK HOURS: Open Tueday - Sunday (During off season) 7 days (during peak season) 2 days off a week and it is flexible to choose days off.
REPORTS TO: Ownership

Every day:
Starts at 2 pm and ends at 12 pm 4 days a week
Review manager log
Put together daily prep list - for bar and server areas
Adhere to all SOPs for operations and recipes
Liquor Receiving
Check messages and organize events or large groups
Maintain all health procedures
Daily Menu Updates:

Work the line/bar/host stand/ as necessary / as volume increases
