Watchung Pediatrics is seeking 4 Full-time Medical Receptionists who are available to work in our Warren and Fanwood locations. We are also looking for a float receptionist that can travel to all 3 offices, as needed. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and patient with children. Preferred candidates can provide exceptional customer service, are comfortable with a high volume of phone calls in a faced paced environment, able to multitask and have previous receptionist experience. Must have at least 1-year experience as a receptionist. Must be available to work 2-3 Saturdays a month. (Saturday hours are half days) We will provide job specific training. COMPENSATION IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Check patients in, confirming their demographic and insurance information
• Verify patient insurance eligibility
• Correctly inputs administrative charges to the billing system
