Job Title: Part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist at Blue Apple Chiropractic

Are you passionate about helping people? Blue Apple Chiropractic is looking for a part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in the Bismarck office of our growing clinic. We are seeking a dependable individual with excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance and patient information, checking patients in and out, collecting copays, and maintaining patient flow throughout the office. You will also work closely with the doctors and staff to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing office duties such as emailing, filing, scanning, faxing, and assisting with office cleaning.

Qualifications:

• MUST be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Availability to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 3 pm and 6:30 pm, and three Saturdays per month from 8:45 am to 1 pm
• Health insurance experience is a plus but not necessary; we will train
• Clinical Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CCCA) certification is awesome but not necessary; we will help you further your education and career if you are interested

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting wage for this position is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. We offer chiropractic benefits for our employees. This is a part-time position that requires a commitment of between 16-25 hours per week.
