SUMMARY:
The candidate will handle general office duties to help create an efficient work environment. This is a part-time position, 3 days a week including one weekend day. He/she will be available 8:30AM to 5:00PM during the week and 9am to 4pm during the weekend. Pleasant & presentable for public interaction, attention to detail and computer literacy are all good qualities to possess to be successful in this role. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer & transfer calls. Greet clients & agents. Ensure office is presentable for clients and employees. Set up showings through showing system. Maintain listings in computer program. Create and order print and digital marketing materials. Create and print mailing lists. Work with agents on specific projects. Place office orders. Drop off & pick up mail.

REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND:
Outgoing and pleasant personality are a must. The person in this role is often the first interaction with a potential client and must represent Steamboat Sotheby’s in a positive light. Excellent office & computer skills are essential (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, In Design). Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
