The Wilder is looking to add team members!

We're looking for the right people to join us! Someone who can thrive in the fast-paced flow and controlled chaos of a high-volume restaurant and bar.

The host is the first person people see when they come up the stairs and it is such an important roll. You should be comfortable talking to people and good with giving direction whether it be questions about the menu or general operations. The food runner's main responsibility will be to get the food out of the kitchen in a timely manner, but also other tasks as assigned. The server assistant will be responsible for running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, washing and putting away glassware, and tasks as assigned.

Restaurant experience is a plus, but we will train the right person just starting out. It's a great way to learn this crazy and fun industry!

Please be reliable and have a genuine passion for people. Also patience, kindness, and confidence, even in high-stress environments and situations.

These are great positions for anyone who wants to come learn the the front of house restaurant world. Each position is paid hourly and receives a portion of the tip pool. We work hard and we have fun!

Must be available weekends and some late nights. And please indicate which position you might be interested in. It could be all of them, we love to cross train!
