Floors & Kitchens Today operates three flooring and kitchen design centers in Massachusetts. Our offerings include all types of flooring products as well as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, fixtures, window treatments and more. In this role you will work with clients in our showroom to assist with selecting products to fulfill their design inspirations. Tasks include, closing sales, scheduling install crews, tracking orders once placed to ensure timely delivery, following up with clients via phone and email to move them through the decision making process to eventual purchase.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop consultative sales relationships with all manner of clientele.
• Highly driven to succeed.
• Ability to overcome objections and gain the customer's trust.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organization and follow up skills.
• Proficient with computers and technology
• 2 years sales experience. Home improvement sales preferred but not required.
• Able to work Saturdays. Hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm. You will have Sunday and one other week day off each week.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. routinely.
