VillageCare is seeking an enthusiastic professional for our Full Time Financial Data Analyst role. This position will develop, document, and maintain reports and analytics that inform leadership on key indicators as well as drive financial success. The financial data analyst is responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of routine and ad hoc reports for the team while working with internal and external customers.

Playing a key role in the Business Intelligence Department, you will create, document, and automate regulatory reports to the New York State Department of Health and CMS. You will lead the medical claims reinsurance reporting and reconciliation process while completing monthly and quarterly provider specific financial statements. This position will play an integral role in developing a member economics report to help leadership make business decisions.

We would like to speak to those who have 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, performing increasingly complex data analysis and report/dashboard development, in a health care setting. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field required.
