AgReserves, Inc. is seeking eligible and driven Controller Trainees to enter our Rotational Development Program at the South Valley Operations in Wasco, CA (option to office out of Chico, CA). This opportunity is an accelerated training program that starts at a flagship Ag operation and is designed to prepare participants to fill the role of Controller at one of our various operations.
The Trainee will rotate through various areas including but not limited to: Payables, Receivables, Inventory and other Costs, Business Unit and Consolidated Budgeting and Analysis, Capital Spending, Payroll, Managerial and Consolidated GAAP Reporting, as well as various special projects. A successful candidate demonstrates proficiency in all accounting functions, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment and adaptation to change while maintaining positive relationships with all levels of staff.

Starting pay is generally set between minimum and midpoint for new hires or developing employees. Individual pay is adjusted as performance is demonstrated and sustained at increasingly competent levels over time. With approval, experienced employees with critical skills may be hired above this guideline.
