O'o Farm: ALL NATURAL. FULL-TIME. UPCOUNTRY.

Our team is seeking a new full-time member. We are looking for a hard-working dedicated individual who would like to join us as a full-time farm laborer. If you or somebody you know is looking to adopt the lifestyle of natural farming and living local please send them our way. This is an all natural farm in Kula, which is currently seeking full time farm labor (40 hours weekly). Duties will include all aspects of natural farming from planting to harvesting and all crop management throughout the process. Working with a wide variety of crops will be routine this includes gardening, orchard work, and landscaping. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

-Applicants must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on hilly terrain,
Farm Labor Shifts must be able to bend and kneel while weeding and working garden shifts, must be able to operate small engine landscape equipment (Lawn Mower, String Trimmer, Backpack Sprayer).

-Tour guide/service shifts: employees are asked to set up dining area for groups of up to 30 people. They are asked to lead walking tours through the fields of vegetables and orchards; they also conduct food service and clean up pertaining to lunch tours. Additional responsibilities include retail sales and restocking as well as completion of accurate daily reports. Service shifts include excellent TIPS with lots of perks.

Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience is a plus. This position is full-time with health insurance and paid vacation after first year of employment. Pay is hourly $16 an hour depending on experience. Free coffee while on the job and company-wide employee discount.
