Job description
We are seeking an Executive Director for an Independent Living/Assisted Living/Memory Care community in beautiful Northern California!
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, marketing and sales knowledge and proven leadership experience with a passion for older adults. This executive professional will ensure our clients receive the highest possible quality of care and services by overseeing all operations including healthcare, housing and hospitality. This position is also supported by a team of executives, directors and staff who will work collaboratively to support the mission of the organization.
Compensation and benefits are highly competitive DOE and results. Must live within driving distance of job location or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available.
