I’ll get straight to the point without all the fluffy, snuggle bear BS. We’re looking for an executive assistant/office administrator for our CEO Jonathan Weisman. Some of the job duties are precise, have instructions, and come with processes to follow, while others will take critical thinking and problem solving skills to complete.

Job Duties:

Onboard Clients
· Create Google Drive
· Create & Send Agreements via DocuSign
· Invoice Clients & Create Payments
· Utilize & Setup Asana Profiles
· Utilize Quickbooks for invoice, billing, & payments
· Staff Coordination related to onboarding
· Client Communications related to onboarding

Dot Coms
· Help source for our products
· Help manage influencers & content curators
· Help oversee dotcom's inventory and production schedule

Executive Assistant
· Gatekeeper for JWeis
· Manage JWeis’s Calendar
· Schedule Clients & Consulting Sessions
· Capture video/photo content for Social Drips
· Keep office stocked

THIS IS FOR AN INHOUSE POSITION IN OUR SUGAR LAND OFFICE (no exceptions)

If you have at least 2 years of office administration, exec assistance, critical thinking and problem solving, you should be able to handle this effectively, while we teach you the rest.
