Oil and gas based company looking for an Executive Assistant to the Controller.
Knowledge of oil and gas industry is preferred but not a must. Position is currently located in Warren, OH but will be relocating to Lordstown, OH within the next year.

• Must have great attention to detail and very well organized. If you are not, you will not last in this field.
• Must be very proficient in Excel.
• Must be able to multi task and adjust to high demand when necessary.
• Experience in Bookkeeping and/or Accounting highly preferred.
• Experience with Quickbooks highly preferred, as well as ability to learn new software based on company's needs.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Warren, OH 44481: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
