We are in search of a professional individual with at least 2 years experience in an office environment. This position answers to the CEO. Skills for this position include; being familiar with managing social media outlets, preparation and handling of sensitive information, liaison to the Board of Directors, lead role on the annual fundraiser, maintaining electronic filing system for records and correspondence, strong computer skills in Excel, Publisher and more. Any experience with preparation of grants and necessary associated research a plus.
This is a professional position with an outstanding wage, full benefit package and a friendly four day, 40 hour work week.

Duties included, but not limited to: answering phones, collecting payments, registering patients, and verifying insurance. 401(k) with 1% matching.
Answer the phone, redirect calls, and take messages. Greet customers, guests and employees (in person and regular attendance is required).
Must have 2 years verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years. Previous tanker experience NOT required.
You will assist in the creation of marketing and collateral materials, product design, catalogs, website design, and much more. Must have a keen eye for color.
Current certification/licensure as EMT, ECT, WEMT or phlebotomist (dependent on instructional assignment). Previous teaching experience at desired instructional
