Position Overview

Provides partnership and administrative support to the SVP Commercial leaders.
Job Responsibilities

Performs diversified and highly confidential administrative and office support activities for the SVP Commercial leaders and their teams.

Works closely with the Business Finance Lead and Account Managers to ensure Contract and Non-Contract pricing changes are implemented accurately and timely each month. This includes reviewing Excel pricing spreadsheets and customer letters and updating pricing in the SAP platform, requiring a high degree of attention to detail.

Manages calendars and collaborates effectively with others to coordinate cross-company scheduling needs in a fast-paced global environment.

Serves as a partner to the SVPs and an active member of their Leadership Teams (tracking action items, meeting minutes, etc.).

Anticipates needs and proactively develops proposed responses or actions to address issues.

Drafts presentations, correspondence, and reports of a highly sensitive nature.

Leads/participates in special projects, often requiring high attention to detail.

Arranges meetings and teleconferences (including global meetings and special events with responsibility for venue sourcing, contracting and management of the event).

Arranges complex and detailed domestic and international travel arrangements.

Prepares and processes expense reports for the SVPs and audits/approves direct report expenses to ensure submissions are timely and within company policy.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional assistants and participates as an active member of the Columbus Administrative Team.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality, protecting sensitive information in a tactful and professional manner.

Excellent technical and organization skills.

Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships, internally and externally, in a multi-cultural and global environment.

Must be mature and have a professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm in a high-pressure, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Ability to anticipate and proactively respond to needs in a deadline-driven environment.

Must possess intermediate to advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams).

Exemplary administrative skills including a thorough knowledge of standard office procedures and proper protocols, as well as, departmental organization and reporting structures, etc.

Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive-level assistant or comparable coordinator.

Flexible to work extended hours as projects require.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced corporate environment

Event planning and administrative management experience strongly preferred

Strong working knowledge of SAP

Advanced skills in Excel

Knowledge of Concur

Budget management experience
