Job Description and Responsibilities

General Description of Duties:

This is technical work that involves assisting project engineering with the development and design of one or more components involved in a product.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Under general supervision will perform the following tasks:

• Build Prototype Parts
• Assist Project Engineers in Sample Tooling
• Assist Engineering Program Managers and Project Engineers as assigned.
• Participate in Product Development Team (PDT) meetings
• Mock up existing parts to simulate future changes or new products
• Mock up testing and analysis to determine if proposed changes are effective
• Inspection and documentation of incoming and outgoing product
• Inventory of engineering samples and tracking of defective product
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
