Job Title: Engineering/Project Manager

Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:

Dajac, Inc. is looking for an energetic manager to lead our diverse team of engineers. The engineering manager is responsible for the collaboration, management and direction of our engineering team.

This is a great position for an ambitious manager with many opportunities to make an impact.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Detailed tracking of projects.
• Did I mention project management?
• Report project status to other managers and customers.
• Manage personnel.
• Develop procedures and processes for common engineering tasks.
• Estimate project manpower requirements and schedules.
• Some travel may be necessary (roughly 5%).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• ENGINEERING DEGREE NOT REQUIRED, but must have the ability to understand technical concepts. Training provided.

Work Environment:

• Must be willing to relocate within 60 miles of Dajac’s corporate office.
• Occasional communication outside of normal business hours.

Education and Work Experience:

• Degree not required.
• Must have technical or project management experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Mus have a car.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
