Energy Market Specialist Overview:

The Retail Energy Enrollment Representative is responsible for enrolling new residential customers into the company's energy program and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the energy industry.

Responsibilities of the Energy Market Specialist:

• Enroll new residential customers into the company's energy program through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's energy products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
• Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets set by the company.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional energy products and services.
• Ensure all customer information is accurately captured in the company's CRM system.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the energy market.

Requirements for the Energy Market Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Working Conditions for the Energy Market Specialist: This is a fast-paced, high-volume customer retail environment. The Energy Market Specialist may be required to work weekends and evenings. As well as working entire shift standing in the retailer.
