First Consulting Inc. is a full-service software development consulting firm that supports clients throughout the country. Starting 25 years ago, we've grown to a team of 80 consultants who work on projects that affect our everyday lives! We are currently recruiting for elite Embedded Software Engineers to join our staff to design, code and test real-time embedded software to support DoD communications products. We've got a great collaborative team, and we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss the work with you.

Shift: Standard office hours of 8am to 5pm. Some OT may be necessary

Pay: Starts at $100,000. We are open to discussing!

Work type: Hybrid 3 days/week

Project Length: Minimum 6 months

What we're looking for:

• Familiarity with RTOSs, more specifically QNX or Linus
• Proficiency with C/C++
• Experience with multi-core design
• Experience with CORBA
• Ability to work effectively in team environments with good communication skills
• Ability to work in an Agile development process

Minimum Qualification: 3 years Embedded development experience
