E-commerce Sales Representative- OEM Replacement Parts

German-Bliss Equipment Inc. located in Princeville, IL on Route 90, has a great career opportunity available for a parts sales representative. Our growing online parts business provides unlimited opportunity for an inbound sales rep to sell and upsell OEM parts to both customer call-ins and online inquiries. This is a full-time position with benefits and incentives.

Having at least one year of experience in retail sales with solid product knowledge of equipment used in agriculture, construction, homeowners, commercial maintenance, contractors, and municipalities for any outdoor use is a plus. Product lines include Kubota, Gehl, Exmark, Befco, Schulte, Land Pride, and Bush Hog. The candidate must possess strong computer, phone, keyboarding and organizational skills, be customer focused, and a positive attitude.

Inbound Sales Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by selling parts and meeting their needs.

Inbound Sales Representative Job Duties:

· Sells and processes orders from start to finish.

· Resolves customer’s concerns in a timely manner.

· Strong contributor to team’s success

Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Sales, Computer, Phone, Keyboarding, Closing Skills, and Product Knowledge
