JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Director has leadership involvement of proactive talent acquisition strategies, assist Senior Director driving process improvements to enhance the candidate experience, and oversee the day to day management of the TA team. Reporting to the Vanderbilt Health Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this role is a key member of the HR team partnering with internal HR colleagues and operations in order to attract, assess and hire the highest quality, mission-driven talent.
