Due to our continued to growth, we are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Director - Physical Therapist (RPT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).

We are looking for a proactive leader and caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude and meets the following requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), COTA or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current state licensure
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
