The Director of the Project Management Office will lead all aspects of the Project Management Office’s (PMO) technology and business process projects. They are responsible for identifying and collaborating with all levels of leadership to develop and maintain projects that support our organizational strategy. The Director of the Project Management Office will oversee the PMO team members to ensure projects meet the standards, adhere to the budget, and meet deliverables.

The Director of Project Management Office will lead:

  • The delivery of technology and operational projects.
  • Optimizing the project management principles and processes.
  • And act as the escalation point to help resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
  • Any financial budgets for assigned projects.
  • business processes to drive business results and position the organization for growth.
Experience, Education and Licensure:
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or Business and 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and project lifecycle execution.
2. Proven servant leader with 3+ years of leadership experience.
3. PMP designation is preferred.
4. Business improvement training, Six Sigma, Agile or related certifications desired.
5. Ability to mobilize, inspire, and lead teams without direct authority.
6. Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative efficient solutions.
7. Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others.
8. Experience in project management software required (Smartsheet, MS Project).
9. Property Management software experience preferred, but not required (Yardi Voyager, CRM, RentCafe’ Site Manager).
