Process a high volume of calls and e-mails from customers. Basic construction knowledge/experience required to build our product and the technical terminology

Manage incoming calls and be the first point of contact for in person requests. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods

Inspection of in-process and finished product using hand measurement tools and other tests procedures may be required. Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt.
