Base salary starting at $68,000 annually with a bonus compensation structure.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Nashoba Park is looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.
The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
REQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE EXPECT:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Nashoba Park as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.
