Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is a physician-led specialty health care organization whose core business is to provide evidence-based, individualized treatment services for those suffering with chronic pelvic pain. Approximately 15-25% of men and women suffer from pelvic discomfort. In the US chronic pelvic pain effects 28 million women and is projected to grow to 43.6 million by 2050 according to the NICHD.

Persistent pelvic pain is often overlooked, untreated, and misguided. At PRM, our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms. Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine has positioned itself at the center of the pelvic pain ecosystem. We are nationally recognized experts dedicated to reducing the number of people suffering from this affliction. Our unique outpatient, non-operative, minimally invasive ultrasound guided approach to the pelvis is the first of its kind in the country. JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Strategist

LOCATION: Remote

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

SALARY: $80,000 - $100,000

ROLE OVERVIEW: The PRM Marketing team is looking for a well-rounded, experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team to help us build our brand nationwide and raise awareness of women’s pelvic health, female and male pelvic pain and endometriosis. As a member of the PRM Marketing Team, you will be integral in providing support and collaboration for the national brand and regional medical teams, while always focusing on how to collaborate and provide best-in-class marketing for demand generation as a means of patient acquisition. Your role supports the marketing team’s focus on revenue generation for PRM. Your focus is to deliver campaigns that significantly contribute to marketing pipeline goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in working B2C lead generation campaigns from start to finish, proficient in campaign creation and developing a campaign calendar aligned to overarching themes and content strategy.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to marketing pipeline and new patient acquisition - including content creation, organic and paid social media, SEM, email marketing, website copy and landing pages. This may also include virtual events, webinars, sales enablement, and digital advertising and other digital marketing.
  • Coordinate social media, paid media, demand driven marketing, and thought leadership content strategy and creation with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Lead channel strategy and execution of ongoing paid marketing efforts across all funnel stages for all national and regional paid digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Director. This will include day to day management and optimization of paid digital campaigns and management of daily/weekly/monthly ad spend budget across numerous platforms – including SEM and Paid Social.
  • Support strategic and creative direction for traditional and digital ads related to campaigns and campaign-related assets - supporting ad creation internally or communicating ad direction and creative management of ads developed by external designers as needed.
  • Assist in SEO strategy and optimization for PRM and for our overall presence in the healthcare space.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, maintain our social media presence – which may include design, copy and engagement.
  • Write long form SEO oriented copy, blog posts, social media content, and SEM copy – as well as landing pages, emails and other content as needed in marketing campaign strategy – always with the patient in mind.
  • Write and deliver an engaging, consistent brand voice across all patient touchpoints that captures an audience’s attention and inspires them.
  • Track and report on campaign-specific metrics, such as social & email engagement, cost per lead, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Maintain a collaborative, consultative relationship with subject matter experts like our providers, pelvic health experts, and influencers in the space to accurately reflect our unique offerings to co-develop patient first content that follows an editorial calendar.

The ideal candidate is skilled in digital marketing and an expert at communicating key messages through many different channels to our patient population. They are an analytical thinker, driven by measurable results, who can redirect campaign strategy where they see potential to make improvements based on data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience managing B2C integrated marketing campaigns and programs (inbound and outbound marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.)
  • 3+ Proven years SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing with a B2C focus
  • 3+ Proven years Social Ads experience and success managing campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter with a B2C focus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating paid media reports and with Salesforce
  • Experience in working directly with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Data Studio, Meta, third party meta providers and social media community platforms.
  • Motivated with a can-do attitude, flexible, open with excellent communications skills
  • Understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing channels, with exceptional understanding of B2C digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML/web publishing/WordPress
  • Experience with local platforms: GMB, Yelp, Bing Places.
  • Ability to write effective and engaging content – including ad copy
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with strong project management skills, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as we grow.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, administrators, and clinicians and patients

PREFERED QUALFICATIONS

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is beneficial but not required
  • Experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Familiarity with GoToWebinar (or similar webinar platform) and Wordpress
  • Experience working in faced-paced start-up environments and high growth companies
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio, PowerBI, and ECW a plus
