Job Title: Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Assist the marketing and operations team by maximizing the Keller brand’s exposure in the marketplace through social media and other online advertising platforms by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Designs graphic design assets for marketing and sales campaigns.*
2. Creates and manages all content that is posted on social platforms to build brand awareness.* (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest). Develops strategy to grow Keller brand followers on all social platforms.
3. Identifies potential partnership or sponsorship opportunities for industry publications, notable influencers, brands, retailers, etc.
4. Interacts and responds to customers through social media.*
5. Curates customer content through social media.
6. Reaches out to local customers and sets up dates to take content for site. Including, coordinating professional photographer for out of town photoshoots to use for marketing and branding purposes.*
7. Responsible for assigned tasks for marketing events and tradeshows including creating marketing materials and concepts*
8. Creates videos for website and social platforms as needed.*
9. Refresh website content often such as homepage banners, collection pictures, changing pictures around when one color is out of stock, navigation, and more
10. Adding new products to website. (product photography, adding/ creating color swatches, naming products, using shopify apps, etc.)
11. Update and create PDFs when needed, working with technical support team. (factory pdfs, product pdfs, assembly instructions, etc.)

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, design software, internet software, database software, and contact management systems.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university in graphic design or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
