We are looking for an experienced, energetic Treatment Coordinator/ins verification concierge for our dental team in northern part of Fort Lauderdale.

You must be able to perform all aspects of dental office duties, including:

• Providing excellent customer service to all patients
• Confirming and breaking down dental insurances
• Answering phones
• Confirming and scheduling appointments
• Dentrix proficiency
• Post Payments
• Present Treatment/collections
• Send insurance claims
• Pending Tx follow ups
• Email/messages
• Accounts receivable
