Job Summary.

• Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team
• Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, communicating with patients and insurance companies
• Ability to multi-task is a must
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the office
• File and post patient insurance claims and patient payments
• Ability and skills to deliver excellent customer service
• Works in conjunction with the other staff to make the patient feel welcome
• Ability to file with high degree of accuracy
