Start Date: ASAP pending interview & background check
Tentative End Date: 06-30-23 based on client's needs
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 7 hours per day for a total of 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Duties:
As part of the project, we will be inventorying around 150,000 books. We will be hiring data entry staff who will enter data into custom excel sheets based on information told to them by staff handling the books.
- Enter data accurately into a database form.
- Assist in tracking project progress.
- Performs other related duties as required .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior Data Entry experience & typing accuracy
- Detail-oriented, organized, & have ability to stay focused
- Must have the ability to follow specific directions
- Demonstrated ability in teamwork
- Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and climb step stools; ability to sit and stand for long periods required
- Must be able to lift & move up to 20 lbs.
- This position involves frequent and sustained encounters with dust and dirt
